Sandra Renee Dize

August 8, 1976 — May 11, 2024

Sandra “Sandy” Renee Dize, beloved daughter, sister, friend and godmother, passed away suddenly at her home in Parkville in the early morning on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at the age of 47. Sandra was born to Neal Mason Dize and the late Patricia Ann Dize on August 8th, 1976 in Baltimore, MD. Sandra is survived by her father Neal, brother Ryan, sister-in-law Holly, Uncle Wes, Aunt Marjil, cousins Creston, Crystal, Kaitlyn, Wesley, Shane, Hope, Amber, Abby, Janet, Marvin, Jason, Jennifer, Starlyn, Olivia, Matthew, Amanda, Jordyn, Zane, Brody, Zachary, and Joshua; her found family Jerry, Gynette, Betsey, Tammy, Stephanie, Kathy, Debbie, Heather, Rachel, Bonnie, Matt, Corinne, Brooks, Terri, Brandy and family, her beloved dog Oliver and friends so numerous we could never fit them all here.

Sandra’s kindness, generosity and compassion touched everyone she met. Her smile, sense of humor, laughter and happiness were contagious and she brought joy wherever she went. She was everyone’s big sister. No matter what you were going through, she would be there with whatever you needed, whether it was a place to stay, a shoulder to cry on, or someone to laugh with. She was definitely one of the helpers, and Mister Rogers would have been proud of her. A gifted administrative assistant at Blades & Rosenfeld for many years, Sandra helped many people with her singular skill. Sandra was an avid patron of the arts and loved plays, theater, live music and musicals, attending many and sharing that joy with her friends and family. She loved the color pink, daisies and animals. She was constantly going on new adventures, loved to travel the world and made friends wherever she went. Though her time here was short, she lived every second to the fullest and made sure those around her were always taken care of.

There are no words that could adequately describe the depth of her loss. She was a wonderful, remarkable person and improved the life of every person she met. The light and love she brought to this world will not be forgotten.

A memorial for Sandra will be held Saturday, June 8th, 2024 from 2 to 6pm with the service from 4 to 5pm at Mac Nabb Funeral Home at 301 Frederick Road, Catonsville, MD 21228.
