Maureen P. Lotzmann

Maureen P. Lotzmann of Lusby, MD passed May 22nd, 2019 at Mercy Medical Center. Born October 7th, 1952 in Pittsburgh, PA. Graduated from Chatham University in 1986 received Bachelor of Arts in Communication. William (Bill) & Maureen (Poland) Lotzmann Jr. married on September 27th, 1986. Bill & Maureen welcomed two wonderful children starting in 1989 William (Billy) Lotzmann III, and in 1990 Julie Lotzmann. Survived by her husband, her two children, brother Michael (Darla) Poland, sister Lorraine Tough, nieces, nephews and cousins. Brother to the late William Poland Jr and daughter of the late William and Claire Poland. Maureen was a devoted mother and wife whose family always came first. There is nothing she enjoyed more than teaching and supporting her children as they grew up. She loved walking with her husband Bill, shopping with Julie and watching Billy play soccer. She was always a shining light of life to all who crossed paths with her. Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on July 6th, 2019 at Frank & Casey DelGrosso’s home at 287 Buckingham Dr., Pittsburgh, PA 15237. In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to Mercy Medical Center Institute of Cancer Care or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
