Mary Elizabeth Anastasi

Mary Elizabeth (Ireland) Anastasi, (Tootie), 85, Cockeysville, MD passed away on May 2nd, 2021. She was the devoted wife of Anthony (Tony) J. Anastasi. Mary is survived by her husband Tony and her daughter Kimmy Anastasi of Parkville and her son Kenneth L. Anastasi of Street Maryland. Mary is also survived by her brother Lester (Sonny) Scrivnor and her two grand children Kristian B. Mangieri and Alex Anastasi-Hill. Mary graduated from Kenwood High School. She was a homemaker and worked at Bendix Radio. In addition, she worked for Baltimore County Public Schools as a teacher's aide, substitute teacher, and front desk secretary. Mary always put everyone first and her needs last. Her biggest joy was to be surrounded by her family. Mary loved to work in the garden and plant flowers. Mary loved to vacation in Myrtle beach South Carolina. She was a member of United Methodist Church of Timonium and was a devoted servant to our lord and savior Jesus Christ. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may send memorial contributions to American Heart Association. A celebration of Mary's life will be planned in the future.
