Lindsay Ann Sullivan

July 25, 1990 — March 10, 2025

Lindsay Ann Sullivan, born on July 25, 1990, at Walter Reid Army Medical Hospital, passed away on March 10, 2025, at Howard County General Hospital in Columbia, Maryland. Lindsay's vibrant spirit touched many lives, particularly during her time as a dedicated employee at “Be with me Playseum” in the Columbia Mall. The store owner recalls how Lindsay's warmth and connection with the mall's regular visitors brought joy and meaningful conversations to their everyday encounters. Also, Lindsay touched the lives of many people within the Recovery Community.

A creative soul, Lindsay was known for her artistic talents and her love of art, photography, and nature. She found happiness in visiting museums, listening to music, walking in nature, and cherished her interactions with people, drawing inspiration from the vibrancy of life. Lindsay's zest for living was exemplified through her favorite memories spent by the ocean, where her joyful leaps in and out of the waves mirrored her fearless approach to life. Before Lindsay's death she developed a deep and close relationship with God. She faithfully read her Bible and shared many meaningful Bible passages with us.

As a student at Long Reach High School, Lindsay pursued her passion for learning and was recently working toward her associate's degree at Howard Community College. Among her many achievements, she took great pride in her journey towards sobriety, marking it as her proudest accomplishment.

Lindsay is survived by her loving family, including her father, James Sullivan, and mother, Alicia Sullivan. Grandmother, Judith Pauley, Brother Stephen Sullivan and sister-in-law Ivy Sullivan, brother Michael Sullivan and sister-in-law Alli-Stuppy Sullivan, nephews and a niece and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Lindsay's presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her, including those who have passed before her: her grandfather Daniel F. Sullivan Sr., step-grandmother Patricia Sullivan, grandmother Nancy Sullivan, uncle Daniel F. Sullivan Jr., and grandfather Richard H. Pauley. Though no formal funeral is planned, there may be a Life Celebration at a later date, allowing friends and family to come together to honor Lindsay’s remarkable spirit and enduring legacy.

In lieu of flowers, we would appreciate donations towards Living in Recovery, Howard County - at https://www.lirhowardcounty.org/ and put Lindsays name in the notes section. Alternatively support to the Epilepsy Foundation in honor of Lindsay!  Thank you.
