Jeanette Marie Beaumont

Jeanette Marie Beaumont (nee Greer) 61, of Columbia, MD., passed away in her home surrounded by family on March 3, 2021 after a long and valiant battle with chronic illness. Born on March 18, 1959 in Baltimore, MD., the youngest daughter of Charles and Violet (nee Deavers) Greer; loving wife to Matthew Beaumont; proud mother to Scott (Stephanie), Kimberly (Theodore), Koren (Ian), and Kelly (Henry); devoted Nanny to Danielle, Hope, Samantha, Seth, Emma, William, Seleste, and Stephena; baby sister to Charles, David, and Deborah; Aunt Jeanette to many nieces and nephews; great friend to so many who would describe her as loyal and kind. Jeanette is preceded in death by her parents Charles and Violet, and her first husband Vaughn Catlett. Jeanette was beloved by all who had the privilege to know her. She loved dogs and had many cherished pets throughout her life. She had a passion for gardening and could make any plant grow. She was known as a wonderful cook and enjoyed sharing that talent with friends and family. She will be remembered for her quick smile, the ability to make everyone around her feel comfortable, and her deep faith. A private celebration of life will be held by the family.
