Hyun Hannah Isner

Hyun Ah Isner (Kim), 41, of Elkridge, MD passed away peacefully and surrounded by family on September 6, 2021 after a hard battle against cancer. Hannah, as some of her friends and family called her, was born on January 26, 1980 in Korea. She moved to the U.S. in 1990 with her family and settled in Howard County where she graduated from Oakland Mills High School before moving on to study Management Information Systems at University of Maryland, College Park. She worked as a Business Analyst with T. Rowe Price for 10 years where she developed long-lasting friendships with her colleagues. Hannah was a caring, hard-working, spirited, and beautiful soul whose life centered around her family, especially her five-year old son Jacob. Hannah was adventurous and enjoyed mountain biking, snowboarding, hiking, creating and editing videos, traveling and spending time with her family. Her favorite place outside of her home was Patapsco Valley State Park where she spent many evenings and weekends hiking and mountain biking with her husband and son. Hannah is survived by her husband, James and their son, Jacob. She is also survived by her mother and father, Jung Sook and Chul Hyung, as well as her brother and his family, Sae Hoon, his wife, Jenni, and their children Christian and Vera. She touched the lives of many, was loved deeply and is missed dearly. Per Hyunah’s wishes, there will be no memorial service.
