Gerard Brian Smith

Gerard (Jerry) Smith of Baltimore passed away July 18, 2020 at Gilchrist Hospice Center after a two-year struggle with ALS. Originally from New Jersey, he was the youngest of four children born to James and Agnes Smith in Jersey City. He attended Marist High School and Monmouth College. Jerry was a restaurateur, owning PJ’s Pub for 33 years. He was an avid basketball and lacrosse fan always rooting for the Duke Blue Devils and the Hopkins Blue Jays. Jerry is survived by his daughters Elizabeth Khoury and Kathryn Smith, his siblings, Sharon Theobald, James Smith, and Patricia Erving, as well as many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be planned for a later date.
