George Gibbs of Annapolis MD, passed away on September 7th 2024. He was borne in Washington DC on March 21st 1932. George had a brother William Gibbs and a sister Ellen Lee who are both deceased. He never married but had a family in his nieces and nephews: Melanie Gibbs McGruder, Jeff Gibbs, Debbie Price, Larry Lee and George W. Gibbs who was named after him. George spent 4 years in the Army severing in Germany and worked most of his life at NSA. He had fond memories of his work and talked often of the many friends he made there. George will be missed and will always be in our hearts and minds.
